Nini Jayanti Saleh, usually called Nini, is one of the Lecturer in Culinary Business Department focused mainly in Human Resources Management, Psychology of Service and Restaurant Operation Management.

She has a bachelor’s degree from the Petra Christian University, Surabaya major in Hotel Management. She has completed also her double degree in Business Administration from Christelijke Hoogeschool Netherland (Leeuwarden, Netherland). She has also completing her study for Master Degree in Tourism.
