Sabtu, 12 Februari 2012, Program Studi Culinary Business mengadakan workshop tentang Combread dan Donut oleh Chef Haryanto Makmoer. Combread sudah sering dikenal oleh masyarakat sebagai roti sisir. Selain 2 resep tadi, Chef Haryanto juga mendemokan tentang variasi roti tawar yaitu Marble dan Volcano.

On February 12th. 2012 was held the workshop of Combread and donut by Chef Haryanto Makmoer for Culinary Business’ students, placed at Live Action Laboratory, UC building. Chef Haryanto present the combread (known as Roti Sisir) and donut with icing sugar topping. Beside 2 recipes above, Chef Haryanto also present the variation of plain bread, such as Marble and also Volcano.
