Selanjutnya mahasiswa didampingi oleh Tutor melakukan hands-on roti manis dengan topping dan filling yang diinstruksikan oleh Chef Haryanto Makmoer. Selama proses perkuliahan berlangsung, Chef Haryanto berkeliling ke setiap kelompok untuk membagikan tips dan trik dalam pembuatan roti manis.

On February 11th. 2012 was held the workshop of sweet bread by Chef Haryanto Makmoer for all Culinary Business’ students, placed at Live Action Laboratory, UC building. Chef Haryanto present various sweet bread with different filling and topping.
Then, students are asked to practice the making of sweet bread with several filling and topping, supervised by each mentor. All methods are given by Chef Haryanto directly. During the process, Chef Haryanto inspires students of each group by giving tips and trick about sweet bread.
