Nurussaadah, known as Nunung, is one of the Adjunct Lecturer in Culinary Business Department at Universitas Ciputra. She joined the university since January 2012. She has a bachelor’s degree from the Universitas Brawijaya Malang major in Electronics Engineer.

Prior to joining Universitas Ciputra, Nunung’s professional background included food writer and also as a food stylist, news contributor and recipe contributor on several magazine, like Kartini, Annisa and Majalah Wanita (2003-now). She was also as a Chief Editor of Tabloid KOKI & SELERA magazine and also as a Coordinator of Tabloid NYATA, Tabloid BUNDA on 2004-2006 From the period of 2004-2006, she is an Editor for Women section of KARTINI magazine. On 2006-2008, she has experienced also as a Chief Editor of inhouse media for TELKOMSEL

Now, she has also contribute for writing more than 60 books about food, skill and culinary business.
