RE-REGISTRATION FOR NEW STUDENTS OF 2026 / 2027 ACADEMIC YEAR
Applicants who have finalized the payment for tuition fee must re-register. The re-registration process is divided into 2 phases below:
1. Re-Registration Phase 1 :
- Login to : https://enrollment.ciputra.ac.id/ses_admission/UC and input your form number and password.
- Fill in your the required information fields correctly and completely.
- Upload the following documents:
- Birth Certificate
- Family Card
- Report cards from years 10-11
- Colored ID photo, wearing a white shirt and black suit, with a red background. File format: .jpg, .jpeg, or .png.
- Declaration letter of optical health (not color blind) – required for applicants of ARS, INA, FDB, VCD, FTP study programs.
- Scholarship agreement letter (specifically for prospective students receiving scholarships up to tuition fee reductions)
- TOEFL certificate – For applicants of the IBM-IC study program, the following must be met :
- Paper Based test (PBT) minimum score of 500
- IELTS minimum score of 5,0
- English Score by British Council minimum score 400 (from Universitas Ciputra)
- For applicants of the MED & DEM study program, the following must be met:
- Certificate of not being color blind
- Drug free letter (Narcotics, Psychotropics and other Addictive Substances) which includes 5 types of tests, namely: Amphetamine, Morphine, THC, Methamphetamine and Benzodiazepine
- Certificate of physical and mental health
- Complete Urine test & Blood test results
- Thorax photo reading results
- TOEFL Certificate (for MED-IC min score: TOEFL PBT=525 or IELTS = 6.0. For MED-RC there is no minimum score)
- HIV screening test results (only for MED study programs)
- Hepatitis B screening test results (only for MED study programs)
- Hepatitis C screening test results (only for MED study programs)
Re-registration for phase 1 can be done starting October 15, 2025
Re-registration for Phase 1 must be completed immediately after paying tuition fees. Please note that delays in completing Re-registration for Phase 1 will result in inability to participate in Re-registration for Phase 2 or Orientation Week (Oweek) activities.
After the stage 1 re-registration documents are verified, prospective students will receive Registration Sequence Number information via email.
2. Re-registration Phase 2 :
- Login to : https://enrollment.ciputra.ac.id/ses_admission/UC and input your form number and password.
- Upload the following documents:
- Grade 12 High School Report Card
- Scan/photo of original high school
- If you don’t have a diploma yet, you can use a Certificate of Graduation / SKL.
- high school certificate is preferred
- KTP/passport (for foreign students)
- For prospective students aged 17 years and over, it is mandatory to upload their KTP.
- For those who are not yet 17 years old, it is mandatory to upload a family card/certificate.
- The Student Biodata Form completed during re-registration stage 1 (the Student Biodata Form can be downloaded during re-registration stage 2). The original Student Biodata Form must be submitted to Universitas Ciputra upon the start of classes.
Re-Registration Phase 2 starts on June 1, 2026.
After the documents for re-registration phase 2 have been verified, the applicant will receive their Student Number / Nomor Induk Mahasiswa (NIM) on the registered email address.
Notes :
- Any delay in completing re-registration phase 1 and 2 will result in automatic cancellation. https://www.ciputra.ac.id/en/register-now-2026/
- Prospective students who re-register for stages 1 and 2 no later than July 31, 2026 (documents have been verified by BAA) will take part in the new student orientation program in the 1st period.
- Prospective students who re-register for stages 1 and 2 starting August 1, 2025 will take part in the new student orientation program in the 2nd period.
