Developing and establishing an Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) that controls the quality of the implementation of the Tridharma of higher education.
Carry out internal audits and coordinate the implementation of external audits
Carry out customer satisfaction surveys, both internally and externally
Monitor and coordinate follow-up on audit results, customer complaints, & customer satisfaction survey results
Provide suggestions and recommendations for continuous improvement to the Rector on the monitoring of IQAS implementation
