Prospective students who have been accepted as students at Universitas Ciputra Surabaya in a particular study program and wish to change study programs can request a study program transfer under the following conditions:
- The desired study program has been selected when filling out the registration form. If not, prospective students must purchase a new registration form and comply with applicable requirements.
- Complete the study program transfer application form, downloadable here.
- Prospective students on the Achievement Invitation Pathway (JUP) cannot apply to transfer their study program after the Achievement Invitation Pathway (JUP) period has ended.
- A study program transfer can only be made once before re-registration, and Universitas Ciputra reserves the right to refuse a program transfer request.
